02/18/2011- Double Duty
There is always a show somewhere. Hence the birth of this little lady. This is the brain child of our good friends at Fender® Germany, for their Music Messe Show in Frankfurt. It is (in theory) a 50’s Telecaster®/Esquire® relic. Complete with the (pain in the a**) slotted screws and bakelite pickguard. Brass compensated saddles for all you intonation nuts out there. And what a feather weight!! You can barely tell you’re holding two guitars. I always look forward to making fresh templates, it really is the part of my job that is the most fun!!!
